Stef I love these heat packs! This one is great for back pain. I wear it as a backpack almost every day. It’s great for low back or abdominal pain too. I love that the Velcro straps hold it in place while I’m moving around.

Ali I have a back and spine injury and without this pack life would be so much more difficult. I like how I can ware it down the back like a backpack to cover my spine as well as wrap it around my lower back.
