Refund Policy

Warranty

12 month manufacturer warranty, from the date of purchase, is valid for all Nature Creation products purchases. The warranty covers product failure due to manufacture defects. All returns are subject to company inspection to determine whether the reason for the product failure is under warranty.

Extended warranty

We now offer additional 6 month manufacturer warranty (18 month in total) for purchases made on our website 

Shipping

We use standard ground shipping. Should you want to recieve your order faster please contact us there may be additional charges for express shipping.

Colour Selection

As our products come in many different colours and the colours and patterns keep changing constantly it is not possible for us to provide you with choice. If colour is important to you please send us a message on our contact us page, call or email us and we'll do our best to find you the colour that will work for you.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of placing your order online or purchasing at our retail locations. The customer is responsible shipping the item back to us with original packaging and the new shipment.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will give you a refund for the full purchase price within 30 days. Products must be shipped back in original packaging and you are responsible for shipping the product back to us. Pillows are not refundable due to their personal use nature.

Snore-no-more Refunds

30 day money back gaurantee on snore-no-more purchases. We ask that you try the product for at least 14 days and depending on the person it may take a few days to take effect. Please ship the product back to us and we'll mail you a cheque for the refund.
